The Blair Community Schools Foundation presents two annual awards. First, the Distinguished Service Award is presented to an individual who displays an outstanding commitment to the Blair school system. Second, the Distinguished Alumni Award is presented to a Blair graduate who has led an exceptionally successful life that reflects highly on the Blair school system.
